In order to comply with Executive Order 2020-114, Lincoln Behavioral Services has posted recommended guidelines within the premises and has included those specific portions of the order shown below that have guided our measures to ensure the safety of consumers, employees and visitors to Lincoln Behavioral Services facilities. These measures are included on our website to document our commitment to ensuring the health and safety of all concerned. We will continue to monitor and implement suggestions from the Governor, CDC, MDHHS, and OSHA as things are updated with new information and recommendations.

Welcome to Housing Connect
When referrals are received please allow 7 business days for clients and case managers to be contacted. Referrals are accepted from case managers, social workers, counselors, discharge planners, hospital liaisons, adult foster care providers, psychiatric hospital personnel- as well as health clinics and Advantage Health Center.
Permanent Supportive Housing is also provided to those that do not meet criteria from the CAM Housing Resource Center and homeless shelters.
Training, education and technical assistance is provided to staff countywide.
The Goal of Housing Connect
We provide housing services that have a minimum need of 3 months.
To help participants living in restrictive setting such as Adult Foster Care (AFC) to move toward self-sufficiency by assisting them into independent living environments.
The project will assist participants with the necessary supportive services to maintain one's independence.
The project was formulated by evidence based practices that support mental health recovery and independence.
Project Outcomes
Development of a recovery-oriented, Housing First culture.
Enhanced PSH competencies for case managers and support coordinators.
Demonstration of evidence-based Supportive Housing practices system-wide.
Consumer/family empowerment and enhanced awareness of PSH options.
Integration of PSH data into MH-WIN to optimize monitoring and evaluation.
Increase movement of consumers from restrictive settings into PSH.
